Two ways to join us

For our team, or for our roster.

Internal roles sit with our small team in Johannesburg — operations, client work, and the people-side of placement. We hire perhaps two or three people a year.

Roster positions are for independent professionals in software, marketing, and legal who want to work with serious clients on serious projects, with the contracts and payments handled properly.

Either way, the door is the same: a single email address, a real person on the other side.

Independent talent gets paid on the 1st of every month in their local currency. No chasing invoices, no FX surprises, no "the client hasn't paid us yet."

Paperwork handled

NDAs, IP assignments, scope changes — we draft and manage them so you can focus on the work. The same is true for our internal team.

We've kept the team mid-sized on purpose. Decisions get made quickly, work gets reviewed properly, and you'll know everyone you work with by name.

Step 2

A real conversation

If there's a fit, we'll book a 30-minute call. No panels, no trick questions — just a proper conversation about your work and ours.

Step 3

A focused work sample

For roster positions, a short paid trial on real work. For internal roles, a focused conversation with two people on the team.

Step 4

A clear answer

Whichever way it goes, we'll tell you within a week. If it's a no, we'll tell you why. If it's a yes, we'll move quickly.
